June 5, 1945: Destroyed in air raid, moved to former site of Kobe Kawasaki #5 in Maruyama (later #5-D, closed on May 21, 1945)

Former dormitory of American Mission School, located at Kumochi, Kobe. Complex was four buildings connected by covered walkways and tile roof.
