Abuse subjected to by self:
Beaten with club. Internal and spine injury. Water cure 16 minutes, beaten for hours after standing at attention for 2 hours and kneeling for two hours in cold weather for stealing ½ cup of rice (illegible) POW's given water cure. Food stolen from POWs by Japanese. Beaten one time with leather belt approximately 50 times. Knocked unconscious. ICHADA-Corporal administered beating at HIROHATA Camp. Severely beaten several times for no reason at all.

Diagnosis: no disease; ambulatory
